Chris Rock (born February 7, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, writer, and producer known for his sharp observational humor and insightful social commentary.
Rock gained national recognition as a cast member on Saturday Night Live in the early 1990s before launching a successful stand-up career. His HBO specials, including Bring the Pain (1996) and Bigger & Blacker (1999), cemented his status as one of the greatest stand-up comedians. He has also starred in films like Grown Ups (2010) and Madagascar (voice of Marty).
